I’m a licensed psychologist with over 15 years of experience in working with individuals, couples, and groups. Individual, couples, and group therapy each has its benefits, and sometimes a combination of approaches is most effective in addressing areas of difficulty. For example, a combination of individual and group therapy can be extremely effective for learning ways to build and maintain meaningful connections with others. If you’re having difficulty in an intimate relationship, working jointly in individual and couples therapy may accelerate progress towards your goals. In other circumstances, working solely in individual, couples, or group therapy is the clear treatment of choice.
